Terms of Sale
Shop at Flatline Computer Company is self hosted and built on WordPress utilising WooCommerce. By placing an order, you are purchasing a product subject to following our terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from unforeseen circumstances, such as postal delays, for which we will not be responsible.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your purchase. This email is an acknowledgement and does not constitute acceptance of your order. The purchase of items is not accepted until your payment has been approved and debited from your debit/credit card.
All payments made via direct payment (online banking), must be made within 3 working days or your order will be void.
While we do our best to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, human error may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of any item which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling. If you cancel, you will receive a full refund.
We reserve the right to change or update information at any time on our website without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place in the event that the item is not available, there are inaccuracies in the information of the item, or we have concerns over fraudulent practices.
Flaltine Computer Company is a New Zealand owned company and all prices are listed in NZD. All prices are inclusive of GST. Delivery costs are charged in addition and included in the ‘total cost’ at check-out.
